This is present in webappliance 3.23 only.
To fix this error on a already setup list follow the procedure below.

    edit

    /home/virtual/siteadmin/etc/aliases

    where you see something like:

    listname: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper resend -l listname -h 1 listname-outgoing"

    You need to change -h 1 to -h Domain-name.com
    listname-outgoing

    Then do:

    chroot /home/virtual/siteadmin

    3. Webalizer installation. - Top

The webalizer graphical stats program may give a forbidden when accessing the webstats directory for some of your domains. The webstats directory is a symbolic link so that people using frontpage wont have problems with the webstats directory having files in it owned by root. Unfortunatly by default FollowSymLinks is not active on domains which is what lets a webbrowser display the webstats directory. On any domain that does not have a existing .htaccess file we create one activating the followsymlink feature. You may have domains that have a .htaccess file put there by your clients. If a .htaccess already exists we will examine it to see if it can be appended to, if not we will not activate symlinks on the domain.

If this occurs and your client complains you will need to edit there .htaccess file and look for the line that says Options. At the end of this line add FollowSymLinks and save the file. This will make the webstats directory available.
