    Yes, if you have a RSE or your paying for support on a WSE you can setup a customized support desk URL by going to:

    1. Open a Telnet session to your server.
    2. Login as server admin.
    3. Type su – [ENTER].
    4. Then enter your root password to become. root (it is the password assigned to you when you signed up, the same as the admin password).

    3. Where do I upload my web pages? - Top

    You should upload your web pages to the HTML directory.

    HTML pages: /home/userid/webdocs

    Please note: Your userid is the username you chose when you signed up for your account.

    4. I just received login information for a WSE, how should I proceed? - Top

    To proceed, launch Appliance Administrator:

    1. Start your Web browser.
    2. Using secure HTTP (https), type in the URL of your server name or its IP, including the special port number and this extra path: /webhost, to bring up a login screen.
      Example, https://server.abc.com:19638/webhost or https://YourServerIP:19638/webhost.
    3. Enter the required admin login and password that you have been assigned. This will bring up the initial screen with links for Appliance Administrator, Site Administrator and User Administrator.
    4. Click on the Appliance Administrator to view appliance settings, provision new sites, and configure services on the appliance and much more.

    In the Appliance Administrator:

    • Click on ‘Sites’ on the left nav bar
    • Click on ‘Service Plans’
    • Follow steps 1 through 3 to configure and save your plans

    7. I just received login information for a Developer SE, how should I proceed? - Top

    Your first step will be setting up the domain name you selected. Go to the Appliance admin web GUI and click on sites. At the top select add IP based site and answer the questions. Developer accounts are only allowed one domain so you will only be able to add the domain your requested when placing your order.
