SIMPLE STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Log into site / appliance administrator of your domain
2. Click on services
3. Click on Apache pencil to the right
4. Click on SSL settings
5. Click on Generate at bottom of page
6. Fill in appropriate fields with your information
7. Click on Save
8. Copy CSR in the field below.
   
   This is what the CSR looks like. It is the code on the middle. Must include from first "-" to last "-"

9. Submit this form to us
10. Within 48-72 hours, you will be emailed a security link to the admin or tech contact for your domain name
11. Click on security link in email and you will be emailed automatically the actual certificate
12. Go back to Services > Apache > SSL settings > Import
13. Paste Certificate in empty field and save
14. Should see green success prompt at top of page
15. Go to Services > Apache > restart apache by clicking on appropiate "stop-light" on right
16. Go to server's root shell and type httpd.restart and then type /utilities/restartweb and hit enter
